Our roots run deep: tradition and exceptional milk
At Weir Farms, our story is rooted in a deep respect for tradition, hard work, and a passion for producing exceptional milk. One of the things that makes our farm truly unique is our herd of distinctive red and white cows. In 2007, we began carefully crossbreeding to develop cows that are not only strong and healthy, but also produce rich, delicious, and nutritious milk. That decision shaped the quality of everything we do today.
Generations of care: a family farming legacy
Farming has always been a family effort at Weir Farms, with knowledge and values passed down through generations. We believe in doing things properly—caring for our animals, looking after the land, and never compromising on quality. Every drop of milk we produce reflects that commitment: fresh, wholesome, and full of natural goodness—just as it should be.
Our journey: from tradition to innovation
Weir Farms has been in our family for 16 generations, with a long history of working the land and caring for livestock. We began milking cows in 1980, marking an important step in shaping the farm as it is today. Since then, we’ve continued to improve and invest in our herd and farming practices to produce high-quality milk.
In 2021, we took another step forward by introducing on-farm vending machines, allowing us to offer our fresh milk and dairy products directly to customers in a simple and convenient way. While much has changed over the years, our focus remains the same—producing fresh, nutritious milk with care, and continuing a family tradition we’re proud of.

Looking ahead, we hope to continue growing Weir Farms in a way that stays true to our values—focusing on quality, sustainability, and care for our animals and land. We want to keep strengthening the connection between our farm and our customers, giving people the opportunity to enjoy fresh, nutritious milk and dairy products they can trust, knowing exactly where it comes from.
